Founded in 2001, TLC Wales is an independent fostering agency based in Crosshands, Camarthenshire. We were established specifically to provide family placements for children and young people from birth to 18 with disabilities and complex needs. We offer short term, long term, respite and palliative foster placements for 16 Local Authorities across South Wales.

In May 2011, we became part of the CareTech group of companies; we continue to grow steadily and have forged excellent relationships with the Local Authorities who place children with our foster carers.

TLC is registered with the Care and Social Services Inspectorate of Wales (CSSIW) and is inspected on an annual basis.
