Family Placements for Disabled Children
Founded in 2001, TLC Wales is an independent fostering agency based in Crosshands, Camarthenshire. We provide short-term, long-term, respite and palliative family placements for children and young people from birth to 18 with a range of disabilities and complex needs, including learning difficulties, autistic spectrum disorders, hearing and visual impairments, physical disabilities, genetic disorders and life limiting conditions.
Our specialist foster carers are dedicated to caring for children and young people with disabilities and/or complex medical needs. They provide nurturing, secure family placements, ensuring the most vulnerable children have the opportunity to grow, develop positive relationships and achieve the best possible outcome in life.
